Library furniture and shelving for Florida libraries

Libraries are all we do. We've furnished more than 200 library projects since 2009, so we can help early with layouts, shelving capacity and budget numbers while the plan is still taking shape.

In Florida that includes the Clearwater, Sarasota County, Lee County and Seminole County library systems, State College of Florida and Stetson University.

Buying without a bid: the New York state contract

Florida doesn't currently have a statewide furniture contract. Some Florida public buyers instead use another state's contract when their own purchasing rules allow it.

We're a servicing dealer for Palmieri Furniture on the New York State furniture contract (NY OGS contract PC70255). Florida libraries and colleges have bought library furniture and shelving from us through it. Check with your purchasing office whether it's open to you; if it is, it can save a full bid cycle.

What we do

Space planning: layouts for stacks, study, children's and teen areas, meeting rooms and service desks
Shelving: capacity counts from your holdings, steel and wood shelving, end panels and compact shelving
Furniture: tables, carrels, seating, lounge and service desks
Budgets: real numbers early, so the budget you carry into design is one you can build
